But a hint, its in Kampar. A town just around half an hour from the city of Ipoh
It is well known for this dish, just as Ipoh is well-known for its Taugeh+Chicken

The taste is unique, so different, so delicious. The combination of saltiness of the salted fish and the sweetness and tenderness of the chicken meat..
And the rice, cooked traditionally, have such great mouthfeel and chewiness.
